Day 21: MOCO Museum

We had a chance to check out the famous I amsterdam sign and visted the MOCO Museum of modern art. It was a bit like Where's Waldo?

The MOCO museum was filled with art by Banksy and Salvador Dali.

The bank note below is of the false bank notes Banksy made in 2004. The Queen's face has been replaced with Princess Diana and the text has been changed to "Banksy of England".

Dali is well known for his melting clocks and drawers.

At the W Amsterdam, there are two buildings: one with a rooftop pool that overlooks Dam Square, and another that is a converted bank building with the vault transformed into a basement pool. To end the day, we went back to our hotel to swim in the vault. This was one of the coolest experiences we have had as they kept the look and feel of the bank.
